How To Begin The Return Process

Step 1:
Please contact us at support@mboards.co. Please include your original order number, the item(s) that need to be returned, and the reason they need to be returned and/or exchanged.
Step 2:
Once we receive your initial return request, and deem your items to be eligible for a return, we will issue you an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Step 3:
Print and fill out the form found in the attachments section of this article and include the form inside your shipment. Please write the RMA number that was given to you via email in the supplied space on the form.
** You must have an RMA number to complete a return. Any shipments received without proper documentation or authorization will not be accepted. **
Step 4:
Be Sure to properly pack your shipment. Items sent back with inadequate packing will not be accepted. You are responsible for the condition your item arrives to us in.

Step 6:
Print your shipping label. Depending on the circumstances, we may provide you a return shipping label. If not, you will have to supply your own shipping label.
Step 7:
Once we receive your shipment we will begin processing it right away. Depending on your payment provider refunds can take up to 4 weeks (typically less than 1 week).
