Where does each Colored Motor Wire go on the ESC?

Each of our motors use 3 Phase wires, depending on the exact motor you get the wires can be a couple of different colors. Our ESCs are the same way, they use 3 phase wires often coming in different colors. 

New builders often get hung up about the wire color and are nervous to plug their phase wires in especially when the colors on their motor are different than the ones on their ESC. 

The good news is the colors don't matter at all. Simply plug in the 3 phase wires from your motor into the phase wires on your ESC in any order. There is no wrong way to do it and will not damage your motor or ESC no matter which way you plug them in. 

BUT WAIT! - YOUR MOTOR IS SPINNING BACKWARDS!

If you find that your motor is working but is spinning in the wrong direction, you'll simply need to unplug 2 of the 3 phase wires and trade places. Switching 2 of the wires will reverse the direction of your motor.
