Expanding the Team
As the MBoards customer base grows at a rapid rate (Thank you all so much by the way), the demand for extra help, returns, and status checks has risen dramatically.
We are currently in the process of bringing in new support team members to help our amazing customers at a much faster rate.
While more team members will help dramatically, creating a solid knowledge base will help get out in front of messages and requests before they are even made. This article is one of many that exist on the new MBoards Help Center.
